# Flickerwall Player Installation: LG webOS via USB Flash Drive

Guide for Installing the Flickerwall player o your LG WebOS from a USB flash drive

Step 1

**Download the IPK File**

Go to (ipk flie link) and download the suitable file according to your specifications

**Prepare the USB Drive**

Connect the USB and create a folder named ‘**application**’ on the drive.

Step 3

**Rename the IPK File**

Put the downloaded IPK file in the **application** folder and rename it to **(ipk folder name )**

Step 4

**Insert the USB Drive**

Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of an LG Web OS device. Then click on the Settings icon on the LG remote.

Step 5

**Set Time and Date**

Open **General** and set the **Time & Date.**

Step 6

**Open EZ Setting**

Select the **SI SERVER SETTING** under **EZ Setting** menu.

Step 7

**Enter SI Server Setting**

On the **SI SERVER SETTING** screen, select the **SI Server Setting** option.

**Configure USB Upgrade**

On the settings menu, set the following fields with the values provided. The following fields are marked with corresponding letters in the screenshot below.

* A) Application Launch Mode: **Local**
* B) Application Type: **IPK**
* C) Local Application Upgrade: **USB**

Step 9

**Confirm USB Upgrade**

After clicking on USB, you will get an Application Upgrade confirmation pop-up > Click on **CONFIRM.**

**Step 10**

**Complete Installation**

It will show a success message after the completion of the installation. Click on ‘**OK** ’ and reboot the device.

**Step 11**

**Verify the Pickcel Player**

The Flickerwall LG webOS signage Player should now appear in your display home menu.

**Step 12**

**Launch the Pickcel App**

Press the **Home** button to see the Flickerwall app on the home screen and select the Pickcel app. Press the **OK** button on the remote to launch the app.

**Step 13**

**View the Registration Code**

Once the app is launched, it will take a couple of minutes to connect to the internet. After the internet is connected, it will show a six-digit unique **Screen Registration Code**, which you will use to pair this device with Flickerwall
